"Didn't bother to follow up after I reached out about having a policy transferred after my mother passed away, and using high-pressure sales tactics instead of helping me understand the situation. Just disgusting behavior."

"I had a great State Farm agent for over 35 years so when he retired I was nervous about being transferred over to a new one. The customer service at Matt Davis’ office is great! "I’ve been with State Farm for close to 30 years. I started out with Janet Leith and now with Matt Davis. I’ve always had great service from my local agents. Corporate, that’s another story. I had a great experience with Nicole recently discussing options for my life insurance policy. They and they alone are why I’ve stayed with State Farm. If the adjusters, in particular, Kyler Hodge (liar), were as honest and ethical as Matt and Nicole, they’d have much better customer interactions.
